2nd.....i've been reading alot of stuff about the All Star Break ,.as if that's the most important thing on Boston's mind right now...

BOST showed last year how they can struggle in the playoffs away from
home, and how dominant they can be @ home..so they know they have to keep with the Lakers right about now, and hope they
can secure home adv through the playoffs.
Boston has just recently lost @ home to LAL and SAN A as favs, and you think that doesn't burn them up ? and they're on B2B road games against inferior opposition.
If anything, DAL has the pressure, because they've had the rest, BOST hasn't , people expect the revenge factor to play a part, almost as if DAL are expected to be very competitive....
Kinda similar to Federer / Nadal in the Aust Open final. (Nadal has had the wood on Federer , but he played a 5 set match ,a day after Fed was already in the final...everything pointed to Federer having his chance to avenge the wimbledon defeat..but,..talent, skill and determination can overcome enthusiasm , and these 3 attributes BOST have in vast quantities
Dallas remind me of Phoenix.....to the naked eye,..talent to burn,.and on any given night,.they can spring an upset against alot of teams,.especially as dogs,...like ORLA a few games back...
BUT ....like PHOE ,.when they come up against any of the premier teams in the NBA like CLEV, BOST , LAL , SAN A ...they CANNOT and SHOULD NOT be trusted.....because the premier teams know they can be dangerous....
if Boston were playing a WASH or MINN or some lower tier side, i'd be more concerned
only way i'd take DALL tonight is to tease them 5 pts, and even then i'd be shitting myself.
that said,..BOST would be content with a 1,2 or 3 pt win...so you have some room for error with your DALL +4
i admire the balls to go against the defending champs ,.and say you think DAL will beat them straight up,....but ive got BOST ML cause you know when it comes to the last 2 mins,.and if the game is tight, BOST isn't gonna give a shit about covering ,they're just going for the win (unless of course they've had a bet on themselves @ -2.5/-3.5)....in which case,.they'd have kept the pedal to the metal the whole game and would be blowing out the mavs well before the last 2 mins.
