dumb question can you parlay ml and the spread on the same gam/

I know this is a dumb question but can you parlay a game like that take moneyline then parlay it with a bet on the spread on the same game also I almost never parlay bet and im just curious if you can do that or not

No way man that would never happen. lets say a spread is at -5 and the ML is -200ish if you had the -5 spread only way it cashes is if the ML cashes first. Everybody and there mother would be parlaying the spread and ML of a favorite together to get a better payout.

Not sure if they changed their rules because I dont use them anymore but sportsbook.com used to let you parlay a side and an ML, but opposites. Take a team &#x2B;7 and the ML of the other side and parlay together. Only book I know that allowed that. But the way you&#x27;re describing no way!!
