Bogut has a huge influence on offensive and defensive sets with player positioning. It's that simple!

Huge factor. James had nowhere to go with Bogut lurking in the lane. But because Bogut doesn't average 20 a game, no one considers his loss that important.

lol I said it before it ever happened, that people would be making excuses and blaming injuries for GS losing this series

I didn't realize Cavs would win the series until after game 2.

I saw the payout was only +550 and that gave it away.

Cavs should of been +2000 there after game 2 if they were to lose the series.

So the greed of the books, gives away the winner most of the time

NBA and Vegas both knew this series was ending in 5. That's why the NBA suspended Green. It just so happened Bogut got injured in the same game and the rest is history.

I believe the only game 5 was fixed(by NBA) by suspending Green to extend the series otherwise I believe the matchups after Bogut got injured made it look scripted/manipulated/orchestrated.

Cleveland definitely received the benefit of the referee calls in games 6 and 7.

I'm going to take the bait, I wasn't going to, but after reading some of these posts I have to.

Anybody knows anything about basketball knows that Irving OWNED the little whiny smiling wimpy _ss B_TCH Curry. Owned him. Look up the stats, stats dont lie.

Second, since last years Finals win, GS thinks everything is given to them. That they are entitled to everything. They aren't entitled to anything. The got exactly what they deserved.

Also, they are weak on the boards. T Thompson pounded them by himself on the boards. For everyone WHINING that Bogut being out cost GS the Finals is TRULY HILLARIOUS. Those are the same people I'm sure are the same one's saying last year, it didn't matter that both IRVING and LOVE were out  and didn't matter. Ha ha ha LMAO.... Talk about some butt hurt and denial fans.

I'm going to take the bait, I wasn't going to, but after reading some of these posts I have to.

Anybody knows anything about basketball knows that Irving OWNED the little whiny smiling wimpy _ss B_TCH Curry. Owned him. Look up the stats, stats dont lie.

This is correct. GS have nobody with the same body size as Bogut.

It allows big bodied guys like Tristan Thompson, James, Mozgov easy passage.

You guys notice that James went off in the games Bogut wasnt there. Same with Tristan Thompson with those offensive boards..

Cavs should of been +2000 there after game 2 if they were to lose the series.

So the greed of the books, gives away the winner most of the time

I disagree with the premise that the Cavs should have been +2000 after Game Two. The series line was originally set at about 2-1, more or less. There is no way the books explode the line that much after a team simply "holds serve" at home. I thought ( and posted ) that 6-1 ( where I saw it ) after Game Two was an overlay, most probably based on the lopsided, and largely meaningless, final scores in Oakland.

I have to agree here, but believe the last 2 years evened out with each squad winning one.

Can't remember where I read it, but Bogut had the highest defensive efficiency rating for any single player (98.6 maybe?) in the playoffs before he went out...

No doubt it helped, but as an athlete and fan of many sports and individual players, I'm incredibly happy for LBJ and K2 bringing that title home to all the fans of Cleveland.

I make Dubs as favorite to start next year and even if they somehow land Durant (Hope he stays in OKC) then it will be a cakewalk rematch with Cleveland no doubt.

I don't think so. CLE won because they're good. End of story.

Bogert was maybe the 5th or 6th player on the team.  The fact that GS is trying to use injuries as an excuse is so cringe-worthy.
