Whether your right or wrong about tonight, I just wanted to say that is a great write-up, defenitely eye opening.I can honestly say I was getting that same feeling , but NO WAY could I put my thoughts into writing this way, also I was no where near informed on the numbers behind this thinking. Great job, being a Laker fan, I hope the Queens (always the Queens to a LAL fan) don't get that straight up win though. Anyway, good write-up.

Bator, good to see you back here. Playoffs are around the corner and thats where the real money is made.
When I checked the spreads for tonights game, the sacramento line jumped out to me, exact same reasonings that you have on them. I jumped on sacto tonight at +6 and might add a tiny play on the ML later if I can find my balls.
BOL tonight.

im new here been doing it for a year now...local bookie i been riding the lakers also and been upset with the last three games. today seems like the day i go against them.thanks for the write up.im leaning but not convinced.ill get insight on this from my sources and will post before game time.

This is one of the bigger games of the year for the Kings. They still have a rivalry and this is a completely sold out game at Arco this year, it will be rockin'! Kings are a much better home team than away and game will be close, with good chance of kings winning this one outright. Looks like heavy action is being placed on the Lakers tonight so I will probably take the Kings right before tip off in hopes of getting an even better line..

Mike Bibby missed the first 2.5 months of the season and didn't begin playing for the Kings until January 16th, so he missed the first 6 straight up home dog wins I mentioned. He did play in the win over New Orleans, logging 39 minutes while scoring 15 points on poor 7-18 shooting. Against Utah a week later he played just 23 minutes and scored 7 points.

dangerfields, many teams have totally different mindsets coming into games depending on whether they are favored or not. The Kings in particular are like this. Obviously the other night they didn't feel threatened at first by the sight of the Miami Heat's uniforms. They were 7-point favorites and probably showed up at the arena figuring they just could throw their jerseys out onto the floor and beat the Heat by 10 (don't laugh, the Dallas Mavericks actually did this against Miami two months ago and still won the game by 5 points with only their jerseys laying out on the floor for the first two quarters - very embarrasing). Tonight, though, the threat is very real, so don't expect the Kings to be disinterested and lazy in the 1st half like they were on Sunday night.
