towards the end, every single call went against the thunder

    how gross is that...

if the line is under 10 on sat, im bombing okc. They played so well and almost won...against a hot shooting spurs AND the refs calling every foul against them

    Exactly,
P.O.S refs held the spurs hand all along the way. Even every reviewed 50/50 play went the spurs way

Was quite disgusting man. Starting from the foul they called on Ferguson on Bellineli...that was a digustingly terrible call. Then it was the ball hitting the rim; THE BALL DID NOT HIT THE RIM FOR ANYONE WHO IS CURIOUS. If you see it from a frontward angle you can clearly see it did not hit the rim; everyone on the TNT stand (shaq, barkely etc) all cleary stated so too and showed the replay and if you aren't blind you can tell it didnt hit the rim. Then the T on PG was absolutely unfair - he shoulda been given an and 1 and just cause he says cmon to the ref aggresivly he's given a tech...ridiculous. Clear path foul should have been called too against Spurs. Then it was them canceling PG's 3...he was in shooting motion come on anyone can see it i mean it is what it is just had to get that out of my system wasnt a max play or anything just suss'ed out haha

OKC -1.5 on the road? Spurs coming from a game where the Refs went against the Spurs last night in Memphis. National TV Game in prime time? LOL this had all the red flags of a Tim Donaghy special.

I only watched the 2nd Half and OT. Referees Jason Phillips #23 and Dedric Taylor #21, definitely manipulated this game. It was an entertaining game that really didn't need any interference. However, when point spreads, and Billions of dollars are on the line, nothing is ever simple. I'm actually amazed that OKC kept coming back, they actually came back 7 separate times when down double digits. Give credit to those athletes to keep competing when they know this game was already decided before the tip.

Never forget this is entertainment. If you read your ticket stub for ANY "Pro Sports," it tells you on the back, so you cannot sue them LOL.

Tim Donaghy is an interesting subject. Mainly because so many people choose to ignore his existence, or completely disregard his conviction.

That Ball never hit the rim. The Official on the baseline #36 Barnaky called a shot clock violation immediately. Official #23 Jason Phillips ran from half court to correct Barnacky, then ran to the monitor which he never looked at, and called Jersey. That replay took 15 minutes LOL. Anyone who watched that game, knew that call would get reversed. Even Reggie Miller was in on it, by demanding that the ball hit the rim. Obviously it never did, and in no way was there 100% video evidence to support the ball hitting the rim. Then to make matters worse, they gave the ball back to the Spurs. Like I said before, I'm impressed that OKC kept trying and coming back after every #23 Jason Phillips call.

The NBA is entertainment, and all about ratings. While the OKC team might seem like a contender, I can't see the NBA ever allowing them to win a Finals. If they stayed in Seattle, it might be a different story. Major market.

Lol Clear Path Foul... U want a clear path when White was in front of PG13.  Clear path only occurs if the defender is behind the offensive player and tries to foul to prevent a score.

Also Ball got the rim and ball went out on Grant.

Maybe I’m wrong about clear path but the ball did not touch the rim. Please watch the replay again from all angles :)

    Great points.

It’s a bit more nuanced than that Packers and you know it.

The home team will get calls but when the refs basically escort you to a victory where every key call screws the away team, it’s too obvious to the fan and bettor there is more than just “home cookin’ Reffing” occurring. In the era of legalized gambling it’s downright embarrassing.

This is why I do my best to avoid betting on low line TNT games.....just way too volatile.

I was on okc but when a team is like 14-14 on 3's like the spurs you tip your cap and get them Saturday at home.

Amazing insights that always seem to arise AFTER the games... game decided before tip... red flags...

So SA hitting all those 3s (and yet going to overtime) was irrelevant... if they were like 38% what would have happened... refs disqualify Westbrook?

    Also Adams faked injury?

Maybe you're right, and then of course you must be very rich spotting all those red flags and betting accordingly

It's remarkable that the Spurs shot 16-19 from downtown and that OKC was still in it.This doesn't bode well for fututre matchups but Spurs were also on a back to back (that should concern OKC)

When are teams going to play defense ..not only with their eyes.??

Ball grazed the rim. You can see the ball changes trajectory slightly as it heads towards the ground. Then Grant touches it and it goes out of bounds. Right call.

That PG tech was some bs though. That tight of a game, no need to call something like that.

If Madman Adams didn't have to leave for the twisted ankle, OKC probably would have won and no OT.  Ankle might be tender for a week or so.
