Thorne is a good milk thistle, but if you really want to take your liver health to another level for people. Then add double woods TUDUCA. This supplement is unreal. Also add dandelion root and you have got the trifecta for liver health. I had an enlarged liver for years and enzymes thru the roof. Since using the combo of milk thistle, tuduca and dandelion root liver is no longer enlarged and enzymes are now always normal.
