FISH MISSING A FEW STICKS

For Miami, this lineup is definitely lighter than what did the damage earlier in the series. On July 3, Kyle Stowers went 4-for-5 with two homers, Owen Caissie homered, Today, Stowers and Caissie are not in the lineup

Miami is not helpless vs lefties, but they are very ordinary

A's 1H is on my short card 

And today’s lineup does not really scare me. They made it right-handed to deal with Jump, but it still lacks the bigger damage bats from the last couple games

As a Marlins fan, I like the A's 1st 5 bet today. Is it an official play Truck?

Gage knows how to handle righties 

I'm on them.

But only one concern, Gage's last outing sucked. Not enough to scare me off, hoping a slump isn't starting, or if the league figured something out with the young pitcher.

I do like the A’s in the first half. They were on my short card, but I’m not going to be involved financially.

If I play the full game, I have to deal with the Oakland bullpen. If I play first five, one little crooked inning in that heat and wind puts me in chase mode. I’m going to pass on this one.

Hear me out. Boston is playing good baseball right now. The Angels are limping. And the pitching advantage is so obvious

The cleanest path may be getting in and out like a thief in the first five innings. I do not love swallowing -160 juice, so we’ll see if the number gives us a better way in. But make no mistake, that motherfucker is on my short card.
