I spent yesterday at Bellrieve CC watching the pro golfers tune up for the BMW, and it's quite the humbling experience seeing those guys hit a golf ball. Unbelievable.
St. Louis Cardinals -108
There was a time when you could guarantee McGreevy would pitch 6 innings and give up three or less. He's done it like 13 times this year already. Now, it hasn't happened in a month, so he's either due, or he's running out of gas. That being said, the Reds are just about out of it at this point. They have to jump 5 teams, the Cardinals being one of them. I trust the bats of the Cardinals to get to Singer, with Winn being the only regular not in the line up today.
Toronto Blue Jays +148
At this price, it's tough to pass up. Seymour is a reliever that the Rays are using as a starter right now, and it's working out just fine. The Jays have the lowest team OPS vs LHP in MLB. My bet for this game is on Shane Bieber though. He saw this team less than a month ago, and was fantastic. Threw 7 innings, allowing 1 runs on 3 hits. He got a TON of ground ball outs. I think he can do it again today, and the Jays bats are starting to surge a little without Vlad. Charles McAdoo has certainly been a desperately needed spark.
Milwaukee Brewers -1.5 +158
The Ms got their dicks blown off two nights ago, so to see the Crew come out and lay an egg early yesterday wasn't a real surprise. But I bet they don't do it again. The Ms can go back to their offense-less ways and pay this one out at a great number. We don't know line ups yet, but Seatlle can't hit lefties, so does it really matter what names are on the jerseys?

Their offense could still use some help, but it's certainly gotten better since the deadline. But Cole has been nearly flawless over his last four starts. 4 ER over 24.2 IP, allowing zero longballs, and striking out 26. The O's bats are certainly turning a corner themselves it seems, but Cole will out duel Bradish in this one, and once the pens get involved, that's a wrap. The Pinstripes own the leagues lowest bullpen ERA.
Angels/Astros Over 8.5 -102
This number feels too high cause of these offenses, but I'm fading the pitching here. The Stros used majority of their bullpen arms yesterday, so I'd imagine we don't get them all again two days in a row if it can be avoided. And they have the bats, they just aren't hitting right now, but Greyson Rodriguez is a good medicine for teams that aren't hitting. The Marlins and Royals recently knocked him around and he didn't make it to the 5th inning in either start. Then we get a shit bullpen from them too.
