Suspension 5/16/26

ALL is suspended. As I beat my head against the wall I found that my tracking and rating of prior stats was not incorrect; BUT, the application of them has been woeful, leading to a horrible record of 17-29-2 and depletion of my assigned bankroll of 10K by 10.4%. Abominable and intolerable.

I believe I have found the application problem and am working on the correction minute-by-minute, but results cannot be known without a trial run. So, the left side of my brain, my Beta Test Team will conduct the trial run, and I will post no picks until a goal has been met.

For a term not shorter than ten days I will apply the corrections and track the results. Results are NOT W/L, but Return On Risk, the true indicator of profit. I don’t care if the corrections return 55/45 or 45/55 wins and losses,

AS LONG AS THEY ARE PROFITABLE.

I may be around as a commenter, but there will be no picks posted, and when I return I will stand on my record and go from there. There will be no “let’s return to zero and start over”.

I'm not worried about the grand, dumb azz; I can't stand the frustration of doing something so poorly. 

As for expecting a pick tomorrow, just because it is rivalry weekend, that makes no logical sense either.

 I like early, like 11, but it may not be possible. Get with you later on that.

It's just been nothing but disappointment with these bullpens snatching these wins away. First 5 is hit and miss. Last good season I had was 2022. Even the great KeyElement is struggling, but it's okay you're not alone I am 1-9 to start the season.

Maybe time for me to look at those late inning live bets again against the bullpen...

 Obviously I know the feeling, but but when times get tough, the tough get going. Hang in there buddy!

I find that a lot of MLB handicapping models go sideways or south 3-weeks before the all star break.

If you're continuing to track, if it's not too much work, I'd be interested in knowing if your original capping method makes a comeback between 6/20 - 7-20 approximately

 You will know soon enough buddy. I plan to break through next Sunday, the 24th, and if I am not satisfied with my adjustments off the board I will keep bantering with my friends here anyway. sac should be out of vacation and back from his bass tournament Monday. I can't wait to hear the lies! Fisherman take to lying like fleas to a dog.

 Good thing I did not tell you the Giants always lose to the A's, was a time they played in the World Series, pissed off God so much he almost bought down Candlestick and refused to let the Giants win one. A's lost because I was thinking of playing them. 

Have to say though it has been good to see a threads again that people talk to each other and exchange ideas, not a lot of that anymore. 

I do have to agree with the poster about F-5 bets now, we used to base on pitchers and deal on lines and most of the time you would get 5 innings out of starters. Now if some magical number hits they change the whole game plan. We were doing it 20 years ago and made some money but does not seem to make sense anymore with the way the game is played now.
