So basically you are betting ON teams that have won 3 in a row and AGAINST teams that have lost 3 in a row?
Yes. Sort of....
>Trying to profit $100 per team throughout the course of the season. $50 for a 4 game win streak and $50 for a 4 game losing streak. > Once a team has accomplished one of these 4 game streaks (San Fran for example), we have already made the $50 on the win streak. Therefore, the next time they have a 3 game win streak, they are a "no-play." But, the next time they are on a 3 game losing streak they are a "play against."

GL with this. However, I'd like to point out that linesmakers know about streaks. After 3 wins in a row, you're gonna be paying some high juice. You're going to need alot of those wins.
And after 3 losses, linesmakers are gonna start shorting the line a little each time b/c of the mentality that the losing team has to win sometime.
I think between needing to win the high juiced games and not making as much as you could on a dog, the system might break even in the long run, maybe losing the juice. Just a thought.
I think its winning so far, so again....gl....i'm interested to see how this plays out.

i do close to the same thing..did it last year but when they start at a streak of 2 i play them till they lose and after streaks of 4 ill play them again during the year as long as they start streaking again.....that goes for streaks of losses also

But for every system play pick by his Dad there are a bunch of other systems probably going the other way.

Which actually plays in the favor of the system, the old "Ït's due" factor which this system is a system that respects the streak.

So am I. This is just another Nightingale system that picks its spots a different way, not much different than throwing darts and doubling till you win, athough I think this one has a better shot.I Like it. Keep up the good work

a suggestion: play ON home teams that are on a 3W streak and AGAINST away teams that are on a 3L streak
should give you a pretty decent overall winnings, even if you stop playing them after one win/loss
Eh...I see the point, but I think you are going to be laying juice all the time that way. I will go back and look it over after I get a big enough sample size.

8-1 so far isn't a very bad system dude. Does your father know you're using his system? Does he get your winnings? I'm only kidding. The logic seems sound and I thank you for your post.
I'm a big believe in betting on momentum, which seems to be a part of your system. GL

I'm doing an opposite system. After a team wins 5 games straight, fade them until they lose up to 5 times.
If a team goes over the total 5 times in a row bet the under chasing up to 5 times. If a team goes under the total 5 times in a row bet the over chasing up to 5 times.

He knows I am tracking it. He is on a cruise right now, so I haven't really spoken to him about it. And, I haven't placed one real bet on it yet. I just want to be able to follow it for the season and look back to see where the holes are.

You could place the system over previous years numbers - just a thought. I am just too busy at work to do something like that. I have to say I am totally a "respect the streak" as opposed to "it's due" kind of player when it comes to baseball.
If nothing else thanks for the interesting topic, oh and Barney's Dad is the guy I call pop.
