 So you’re just going to ignore the Final Boss? These aren’t -110 lines. Records are meaningless without units. You could be 100 games over .500 and down in baseball.

The average of those is ~ -109. 

A lot of folks just keep W/L records.  I think they just do it some sort of semblance of being positive or negative.  If you glance at folk's daily picks you can tell if they are choosing unreasonable chalky lines.  But if the sample is like these it gives a solid idea of where they are for the season.

Most of these are just used to reinforce someone's thoughts on a game or make them second guess them.
