 Oh really, you think he's great? Where are his 3K hits? Where are his batting titles, home run titles, 200 hit seasons, only 3 times over 100 RBI's. Playoff appearances, championships? A great center fielder??  Where are his gold gloves? When he retires he will have more strikeouts than hits. Only 2 guys in the HOF have more strikeouts than hits. But at least those guys have World series accomplishments. But I was curious on one thing? You say a great center fielder? Where are his gold gloves in 16 years? I'll wait for your answer, even though I'll be waiting forever

 And you said it best, early days. He hasn't done anything in almost a decade. But even in his prime he couldn't accomplish anything but a few MVPs and silver sluggers. But answer my question. Where are his gold gloves and 16 years since you say he's a great center fielder? In his prime, he wasn't good enough to win any of those.

It was 4 seasons over 100 RBI’s. Trout has always had an elite OBP. He walks a ton, and was an MVP 3 times. Injuries cut some seasons short or he likely would’ve had more 100 RBI seasons. You continue to bring up a lack of playoff appearances or championships like that has anything to do with his greatness. The Angels have long been a terrible organization and baseball is the ultimate TEAM sport. How many elite pitching staffs, elite bullpens, or elite position players have the Angels fielded over his tenure as an Angel? The answer is NONE! Jose Soriano is the only number one type pitcher the Angels have had in a very long time. The Angels also have a history of giving over the hill players terrible mega type deals that have never worked out. Albert Pujols, Josh Hamilton, and Anthony Rendon come to mind. For most of Trout’s career the Angels’ pitching staff has been bottom-third in MLB more often than not. How could you possibly expect one great position player to overcome that?

Not a huge difference in 3 or 4 seasons. I may have read the wrong information, but you’re still a delusional hater that can’t comprehend what a team sport means. There hasn’t been a player in the history of the game that single handily “lead” his team on a playoff run, lol.
