Scott 0-0, 2.00 ERA vs Luzardo 0-3, 5.97 ERA

Marlins back home after a short successful road trip winning 2 of 3 @ Detroit. Marlins are 0-3 first game back after a road trip.

Luzardo pitched well his last time out but been roughed up in 3 games this season and the Marlins BP has had their own struggles, 4.69 ERA, .252 BA against. Consider the Mets BP, 2.99 ERA, .199 BA against, pretty big difference in the numbers.

Mets just finished with a difficult 7 game stretch vs PHI and ATL, won 2 of 7. 

I like Christian Scott, he's pitched well his 1st two starts against TB and Atlanta, tough matchups and the Mets lost both. Marlins are far less dangerous. Mets are 10-9 OTR this season but were swept by the Rays their last trip to the Sunshine State.

Difference in the pitching, Mets perhaps a little more focused than the Marlins tonight, I really do believe they want to win for the kid Scott who's pitched good enough to win twice but has nothing to show for it. Gimme those Mets and a "W" for their future Ace!

Luzardo is on his game tonight. Rookie had the bad inning but I liked that he pitched out of the bases loaded jam with no outs. One thing about sports betting, you will lose but hopefully in the process you learn something. Game not over yet -
