every player has a slum in a season... and it sucks when you bet on a team and you have a chance to win your bet if the guys earning 20M in salary a year delivers a hit but get a fucking strikeout instead...
I'm the one in this forum that love to start a thread when a player make a big mistake or fucking suck in a game...someday this will happen to me to ahhaha

Of course he is fake. He had the choice to join his hometown Orioles but abandoned them for the Stinkees. And for what? For money.
He could be part of the Orioles' rebuilding effort but oh no this guy wanted the easy way out. He thought to himself, 'hey I can get a fat contract with the Stinkees and I also have the best chance to win a World Series ring, that's killing 2 birds with 1 stone! You know what, screw the Orioles! I am signing with the Stinkees tomorrow!'
Thats not what legends are made of. If let's say the Orioles won the World Series within 5 years with Mark part of it, now that would have been one hell of an inspirational story. His name would be forever etched. People will remember him 50, 100 years down.
Don't all athletes choose the money..Wouldn't you??

No one in this forum cares. It's only me bumping this thread. I was about to bump it but not surprisingly you beat me to it because you are on the computer 24 hours a day. The last time I checked, you have 42411 posts. Now you have 42757. Simply unreal!
Anyway, I was gonna bump this thread to congratulate Mark Teixeira. He probably read my thread and told himself that enough is enough. Kudos Mark! Finally you did something right! That being said, this is the Baltimore Orioles we are talking about, the worst team in the Majors.
An update of Sparky's post count. He's at 46506 right now! Last time I checked(as shown above in the quote), he had 42757. An increase of 3749 posts in approximately 46 days. Simply unbelievable. Not that there's anything wrong with it. I just find it hard to comprehend how an individual can devote so much time in front of a computer on a consistent basis for the past 4 years. And he changes his avatar every few weeks from one hot girl to another. That is so typical of a computer nerd who lives in an imaginary world. Not saying that you are Sparky just voicing out my opinions.
But what the heck, if your life revolves around posting on the covers board and interacting with virtual friends, then who am I to stop you? With that said, go do your thing! I am rooting for you to be the 1st covers poster to reach 1 million posts. If only you are paid doing that!

Not everyone types as fast as you do and not everyone spends their time online in front of covers. His batting average for this month is high because he gets to face scrub pitchers from jobber teams that aren't making the playoffs! I mean come on!
6 for 9 for that 2 games against RRS from Seattle(5.92ERA, 1-9W/L).
5 for 12 for the current series against KC!
5 for 10 against the Blue Jays!
11 for 22 against Seattle!
3 for 7 against LAA!
Wow he batted 24 for 51(0.470) against Seattle, Toronto, KC and LAA combined! Holy moses smell the roses! These teams will not even make the playoffs much less the World Series.
How's this? He only batted 2 for 10(0.200) against the Rays. So basically, in a nutshell, he beat up on those poor jobbers but failed miserably against the likes of Niemman and Price among others from the Rays. FYI, the Rays' team ERA is ranked number 5 at 3.73.
He also batted 2 for 11(0.181) against Oakland. Oakland's team ERA is ranked number 6 at 3.78.
