Cubs Vs Padres Over/Under 13.... why is it so high?

I just can&#x27;t recall seeing it that high, this seems like a great bet on the under, I have no idea why it isn&#x27;t something like 10 or even 11 but 13.... I am missing something here?

Wrigely field day games with two horrible pitchers and wind blowing out can have scores that exceed 20.  If you see a total this high in Chicago, the best idea is to just stay the hell away from it.

I just found an interesting article that says when I ball is hit 400 feet in calm weather it would travel about 445 with a 15 mph wind.... and the wind will be much more then that today

The last time this happened as about a week and a half ago, and the game went under. Can&#x27;t remember the date, but I remember laying off of the 12.5 line and it going under.

it&#x27;s plays like this that humble me when I lay off a big bet because it shows me that anything can happen, and that one of the worst offensive teams like the padres can hit the over on the runs set at 13, of course it&#x27;s the wind but still it&#x27;s the padres
