Just found out about this college world series thread. Cool beans.

Anyway, did anyone watch the Florida vs Virginia game the other day?  Florida came from behind to beat VA 6-5.  I can't get over the fact that the relief pitcher for VA (I think his name is Berry) gave up 3 homeruns, a single, a walk and a hit batter before the manager took him out. He should have been taken out way before that. Berry pretty much lost the game for VA.  Was the VA manager clueless? or did he had too much confidence in Berry?

+2.5 cashes. Under 9 loses. +1.5 parlay with England loses. 1-2 -$115 on the day. Really bad luck down the stretch. If the starting pitchers would have just gotten one more out this could have stayed under and Stanford covered +1.5. Everything kinda had to go wrong for this to happen if you read my write up but what really hits it went over by one. Puke. What can you do. Will be back with a play on the next game.

So far, the teams who hit the most home runs (in parentheses) in their previous game at the World Series have won.

May as well ride it one more time with LSU.

Line movement has brought LSU down to +135 (Draft Kings). I think if LSU can score 5 or more runs they win this one. That might be tough. But I think this game is a toss up. Wake the much better starting pitcher but LSU's pitcher is 7-0 (mostly because run support). I will take the value in this one. LSU +135 risking $300 to win $405.

LSU with a very nice 2-0 lead after an rbi single and a miss played ball in the sun by the left fielder.  Gonna be tough for the deacons to recover as lsu’s guy looks like the more comfortable guy and the deacs bats look dead.  Here’s to hoping he continues to look sharp and they don’t have to go to their gas can bullpen until very late.

Yep well if we had first 5 we would have a winner. I did say that LSU will have to score 5 plus to win. 2 isn't gonna get it done. Probably should have hedged. Congrats WF backers (if there were any).

 Somehow lsu minimized the damage.  The WF ace is about to be pulled so it’s gonna come down to what’s better or worse… lol the LSU bats or the crappy lsu bullpen… let’s see if they can outscore their pen.

 Lol you’ve been around long enough… why discount the game this early?   The best swinging team in the country is on the other side.  

Can the over 9.5 still hit?

Because LSU doesn't win games they can't score runs. They got lucky to score those two runs. I have seen a lot of their games this year. This game looks like one of their stinkers sadly. We will see how it finishes but if LSU gets a couple runs again I am definitely hedging my bets.

Of course it can but I don't like your chances. I think this game ends 4-3. Plus the over hit in game 1 so doubt game 2. I know one doesn't do with the other but just saying.

I can't believe Wake only got 1 more run down 2-1 bases loaded no outs..

 Dude. They’re facing their ace.  Both teams are in their bullpen.  I’ll take the more talented team anyday.  Lsu can throw up 3 or 4 in an inning quite easily.  wake hasn’t threatened really the whole game / they have one inning they’ve scored and suddenly it’s dooms day lol.  Not that big of a deal.   Plenty of gsme to be played.  You’d think with the sky is falling mentality that lsu was now +1500 lol
