Luvstogamble, Choate is pretty much a specialist for that LH out you need, but he's been so effective most Rayz' fans would agree we'd like to see more of him.. oh yea and

AGREED.  Toronto teams put up a good enough fight that will make the team a profit (see Jays, Raptors, Leafs) and just continue with the "mediocre-to-somewhat-good team" concept forever...  Remember, in the end, it's all about $$$ ... Think Colangelo cares about Raptors wins by signing Bargnani? Or does he care that Toronto has a large Italian population, of whom many will now get more season tickets...
