This should be alright still, says I boys! I'm slightly dissapointed that it didn't develop precisely like the script i.e. the team managing 2 runs winning the game  HA. Awful batting by either starter ....
 
Anyway, hopefully nothing changes now! A few more outs and we cash this baby

I'm really hoping so. But unless it stops pouring real soon, then why would anyone want to put up with this torrential rain + an outrgaeously hideous and boring game, all for a meaningless outcome!!!  Hopefully, the rain halts thoug,,,, it's getting too late!

Centrebet has just return all bets.  Maybe Baseball should introduce the Duck Worth Lewis Method equivalent.  Then again those on the overs have got away with one.

My book just return my original bet. Count it as a push! Is that standard policy for baseball? I don't bet on baseball that much... I thought when it exceeds 5 innings, the results of the game will count for most books?!

that is the standard policy.. for over/unders the game has to be completed.... to bad aussie, hopefully u catch a break on a bet later this week

For a side, a game needs to go at last 5 innings. Unless the local team is winning after 4.5
 
For a total, 9 innings (or 8.5) need to be played.
 
It has always been that way.

Yeah baby. That's what I'm talking about. My Book paid this as UNDER. I freaking LOVE IT!  Just solid Wins. No bull! hahaaa I'm over the moon, cause I thought I'd get a refund here, but the books here are freakin sensible! Period.
ktt, did you get to cash this with Centrebet or not? You should call em and talk. They're really really good, and they'll help with any inquiry or dispute you might have.
Just out of curiosity, any other Australians here who got a refund instead of a Win??
Flemington paid it as a Win, TAB paid as a win, not sure about centrebet or sportingbet, or iasbet at this stage.
But seriously, it would be 'criminal' to have gotten this as a push. When it was well and truly a bloody winner! 
I'm gonna go and enjoy the AFL Grand Final now. and a few stubbies
