Guys that are assured of a roster spot don't give a rat's fat azz about it one way or the other. Teams like the Marlins and Tigers are winning because EVERY job is up for grabs and they all want a shot at the big time.

This. Look at the Pirates young guns who are getting valuable innings in a relief role thus far. Smoking young hitters.

Add the Brewers and Astros to list. The Dodgers(as usual) have some good looking arms.

Key is right about the Marlins and Tigers. 

As we get to the later part of spring training, we will see the true starters for teams get more time in. Then we'll see what players actually care about warming up heading into the regular season.

 Don't you think as all these states open up and in Calif. they have said Arenas and Stadiums are going to open April 1st, so with all these venues opening up how will that affect sports again if they are jumping the gun again because Biden has said it is not a good thing to do at this time.And the Calif. Gov. is trying to keep from getting impeach by opening up quicker, cases are down lets hope it keeps going but the number of dead has not stop rising so lets hope the vaccine gets out there, in Calif. they have said it ok to give it to other groups now but we do not have any vaccine to sign up for.

So lets hope for a true baseball season without finding out after you put in a play the team you bet on is missing 5 starters.
