*Scored as if all at ONE UNIT, even though I actually bet much more (or less) on many.
It'sHUMPING DAY!
.... unless you're married and over 35......in which case, it's just another Wednesday
OBER (Twinkies) with better than avg 1.19 WHIP, has posted 2 GOOD outings his last two, including a 2 ER performance against a good CUBS team on the road, and a 1 ER homie vs Cleveland - who he faces again tonight.
Meanwhile, Cleveland puts CECCONI on the mound with below avg 1.41 WHIP - coming off 2 BAD outings in a row, including his last outing which was a July 08 LOSS to these same Twinkies.

Tampa -103 @pinn *BB
*CAUTION!!! I am going with what my numbers tell me. The MUCH BETTER TEAM (Tampa) with a SOLID starter (not great but definitely much better than avg!) backed by a better than avg BP, facing a slumping Blew-it Jays offense, going with 2 bullpen starters today, backed up by what is a weak BP at home...... And the line is cheap on Tampa which should be favored by -125 or more, but they aren't....which is what concerns me! The lineups look GOOD for TAMPA by comparison! So it really comes down to if JAX implodes on the mound for Tampa (shouldn't but could, even against a weak offense) and if he does, how quick will the Rays yank him and get a GOOD reliever in to settle things down....THAT could be key.....if JAX implodes......If he does not implode, this should be a Tampa win, maybe another rout like the past 2 nights...... I am gambling that JAX does NOT implode vs this Blew-it Jays slumping offense....

I have a SMALL edge for the hometwon Cubbies..... ~ +0.4 runs ....not enough for me to justify a bet on or against them. Could easily go either way. And I make the total 7 - 9 runs.
PASS.

Starting the 6th and Blew-it Jays are into their 3rd reliever of the night - from what is a struggling BP to begin with... I hope this works well for Tampa. Just need JAX to clear another inning and the edges swing decidedly in their favor (though no assurances)
