They are rare; only about 45 of those plays last season but those plays hit at over 70%.Please Check Other HK threads...he gets asked this every thread and the dude is already doing enough to help us out.The ratings are based on the pitchers birth-dates, and astrological signs. It is not dependent on whether the pitcher is playing well or not.
