Wrong Record

I went 10-9 on my picks for King of Covers NCAAB, however, my record shows 8-9. It’s not counting 2 of my wins. How do I get this fixed?

How do you even get a reply to your query, let alone a resolution?

Not sure. I got one of my wins counted. Now showing 9-9, but for whatever reason not getting my 10th.

It doesn't matter, they have bozos working for them, you have a game that is finished, but it's not counted yet as it still shows "pending" they don't answer your query.

It was so much better before Covid19, you can actually phone and someone answers, you can email them and they'll answer with in 2 days, they probably have brain fog.
