Missing Units on a Win

On April 17th, I correctly picked Phoenix -2.5 over Golden State.  My competed picks for the day shows 0-0-0 record with +0 units.  However when I click on the detail from the day, it shows I took Phoenix and won +500.   Can someone look into this & credit me the missing win & units?

I notice sometimes when my picks are still pending (when game is either in progress or has just ended) it shows ? and X incorrectly for my picks.

For example NBA game:

Bos -5.5 vs. Phi +5.5 (-214.5 pts / +214.5 pts)

My 2 picks are Bos -5.5 and +214.5 total pts 

Final Score: Bos 113 - Phi 100

Boston -5.5 pts should be WIN but shows (X)

Total 213 (+214.5 should be LOSS but shows (?)

I'm having the exact same issue with that game on that day.  Picked both winners but haven't been credited with them.  I tried emailing but haven't heard back yet.
