How can I be #749 on the season, but #610 for the week on week 1?

How can I be #749 on the season, but #610 for the week on week 1 of the CFL? I am 3-3 on both.

But, I thought ties were broken the same for overall as for weekly and since it was the first week, it would be whoever picked first for the year (same as the week). The ordering seems to follow that.
