thistledown  race 7  the  75 k angenora,michael mackey  sprint..  might not see  any superstars here  but this might be one of the  most interesting  ,fun races of the day..   #5  justalittlesmoke won this last yr, sports a 21-13-6-2  life record, a 13-8-3-2 mark at thistle, and a 15-11-3-1 mark at 6 furlongs.shes the fav.. #4  proper discretion is 9-5-2-2 at thistle, and 11-7-2-2   life..for a very sharp trainer ben feliciano..  #6  bold cait16-9-1-1  life, looks to pick the speed up lat e,and not without a shot...#7  the lightly raced 4 yr old  la quebrada has won 3of 4  against weaker but  all the wins were by 10,14 and 16 lengths, cowans  another  very sharp trainer.  4,5,6,7 bx

belmont    race9  the 200k  pennine ridge   for 3 yr olds on turf,#7  ticonderoga, chad brown and  manny franco  may have needed his last, this will his 3rd race back off november  freshening... #8 secretary at war,jerkens and johnny v, has won 2 straight and will be tested today, keep in mind in his md start  he was fractious and backed out,very green and in 2nd start from the 12 at gulfstream he set a contested pace before finishing 3rd.  hes  one to watch win or lose today..  #9  good samaritan  the  fav  for  mott  and  rosario  got soft turf and couldnt catch arklow  on derby day.  someday and it might be today he shows his stuff  but hes no lock in this field. boxing  7,8,9..  6 oscar performance should be included in p3s,p4s..

woodbine  race8  the 175 k connaught cup  7 f  on turf, looks wide open  like  most at woodbine.. im looking at these   #1  tower of texas  hasnt raced since oct, and hasnt won since 2015,  but  attfield  and  da silva  cant be ignored,  be running late..  #5  take the stand  ,mott and campbell  should be gunned to try and wire,never been on turf in canada and thinking more to hold on for exactas  maybe  ....  #7 glenville gardens  for sid and boulanger  a solid  7-5-0-0  on woodbine turf,and his 4yr old season was ok  producing 4 wins..  he improves again i hope..  #8  hollywood hideaway  got  19% trainer and 19% rider  hernandez on turf, a 4 yr old about readt to step up i hope..  #4  calgary  cat  5-2-2-1 on this turf  now  7 yrs old  ,always a threat..  im boxing 1,5,7,8
