Hence, they lend themselves to perpetuating the abuses (and watch again for those who need to, they are HORRIFIC abuses) of another living, breathing life that experiences all the pain we do and they simply deem that life inferior. Plain and simple.

This is cognitive dissonance of the highest order.

scal, i used to have a "boss" that refused to eat ANY meat because of many of the reasons stated above  in your thread....

Sadly. she also hated PEOPLE...she is an" ANIMAL lover'...said the animals NEVER talked back nor talked crap about her

If you are really concerned you should expend your energy on resolving the issue rather than wasting your time whining about it on a gambling site.

I was anti-egg from birth. I have NEVER had any interest in eating a fried egg, a hard boiled egg, scrambled eggs, or eggs in any other form. As a matter of fact they disgust me, and I can detect them without fail. I love pizza but if you think that you need to egg wash the crust I'm not buying it, same goes for sub rolls. You want to ruin lasagna by putting eggs in the ricotta cheese? Go ahead, but I will pass on it every time!

It actually works out well for me. If I ate cakes , waffles, pancakes, etc.,without worrying about eggs, I'd probably be at least 15 pounds heavier.

Who here does not support the Oil Industry? Please, please someone post... "Not Me, Not Me!!!"

The next question is how big is your dwelling? Are you living in the smallest possible space? Without the Oil Industry your dwelling is NOT heated and cooled... Unless you live in a cave or underground for cooling and let the sun be your heating... Even solar panels are manufactured and trucked to you, so they are here by the grace of the Oil Industries...

Use a computer? Supporting the Oil Industries...
Ride in a car or plane? Supporting the Oil Industries...
Own a refrigerator? Supporting the Oil Industries...
Own a car? Directly supporting the Oil Industries...

How many travel when on vacation? Travel that uses fossil fuels that could be saved if the person just sat at home reading or gardening or volunteering at an animal shelter?

How many animals need to die a slow and painful death in Oil spills before people wise up and STOP supporting Big Oil? Stop using fossil fuel powered transportation and manufactured products. Prove you care about the environment and the animals of this planet...

    Well?

See, the replies are always the same and typical:

So now a poster wants to say, •well you support the oil industry" and this is worse for animals because of oil spills.

Who knows what he is arguing? Who cares?

    Others?

    Make jokes.

    Others?

Refer to the ever-tired "food chain" argument.

There is extraordinarily low character on this board.

Not because you do or do not eat turkey, but in your nonchalance in addressing the issue with infantile or irrelevant argumentation.

I LOVE the character assassins on this board... (The ones who question the character of others.)

I actually got a good laugh off your post scal... Thank You... Made my morning...

Talk about the pot calling the kettle black... The hypocrisy on this discussion board is beyond belief... And actually quite humorous actually...

I think I'll be a vegetarian pretty soon.  After watching this, Frankensteer, Food Inc...

The cruelty of man has no boundaries.  It will sacrifice all for the greed of the all mighty green.  It's as if these people have absolutely no conscience.  This is just f*cking disgusting

The only thing worse than the tough guy punks are the self righteous  f a g s  who talk about how bad things are, pay lip service, but then don't do  s h i t  about it. They'll talk about animal cruelty and then go grab a burger, wear leather etc...F u c k i n g  hate people like that.
