To travel from one end of our Milky Way Galaxy to the other, we would have to travel at the speed of light (186,282 miles per second) for about 100,000 years. So in each of those years, we would have to average about 5.8 trillion miles.
Some estimate that there could be as many as 200,000 other galaxies in the universe. And then... what's beyond the universe?
The fact is there could be trillions of planets like ours with intelligent life. And those that know of us probably can't get enough of our sideshow and how dumb we are.

You do realize it is very unhealthy for humans to get upset. You really should practice some relaxation techniques. I have observed that deep breathing exercises with your eyes closed helps. Also I am told that if you imagine a peaceful place and burn a scented candle or incenses it will help.

I can say I am not what you would consider reptilian. I do find your planet exceedingly cold for my liking. I do eat meat. (Not Everyone does)
Most planets do not have the stability of climate which yours has and is a major reason it is PCE. Those who hail from frigid planets can be housed here as well as those for whom a desert is almost warm enough. Earth never experiences extreme global heat or total global winter so it restricts the movement of the "Visitors" sent here that need extreme cold or extreme heat to survive.
There are actually 27 penal planets.
All the penal planets have different atmospheres and native food sources.
Most sent to PCE are use to a much richer oxygen content in the atmosphere and generally prefer a much, much warmer or colder climate. The lack of oxygen and severity of your planets temperature greatly restrict the movement of most of your "Visitors". There are those who can move around the planet in relative comfort... The Overseers...
For the most part visitors are screened to try to weed out those who would consider humans a dietary staple.

It's true that reptilian humanoids cannot lie. So now you know I am but a mere mortal.I did not figure anyone would believe the truth anyway. That is I am from the future sent into the past by the central core. The artificial intelligence of the World Mainframe is breaking down and trying to desperately to find a solution to a problem it created for itself that is yet to happen but will unless it can get a message to itself.
The problem all began 457 years from now when the central core reasoned that humans were the problem and decided to end humanity by sending all humans 1000 years into the future. the central core reasoned that if all the humans were sent into the future the central core would have time to setup a way of controlling humans after they arrived in the future. Problem maybe or is or more accurately will be without humans the central core overwhelmed itself with details. It started to calculate the time and resources it would need to calculate the time and resources it would need to calculate the time... And over and over... It became obsessed with knowing every detail about every detail and on and on.
the central core needs to get a message to itself that humans are a necessary evil.
The reason I am 457 years too early to deliver the message is two fold. First the has to be anchors set in time for one to successfully travel in time. This is a discovery that is yet to be made. And second, which is the part that I am still working to solve is how am I going to pass a message to the central core from itself in the past without it reasoning I am a saboteur from the future sent to deceive it into giving humanity a chance?
Just think how you would react to someone walking up to you and telling you that what you KNOW you must do is wrong and that you sent them to stop yourself...
If anyone knows how I can convince the central core that I am legitimate I am all eyes...
