thank you very much. As I said earlier my father went to Canada for a week. He was going come hell of high water as he puts it. He is going for a final check on Wednesday. Of course ill let you all know.

My father officially has cancer. Thanks for your thoughts. Now the Dr. Think he can beat it. Ill find out more tomorrow.

I lost my mother when I was 18. She was 43. This was 30 years ago. Cancer treatments have shown vast improvements and far greater success today. My experience tells me to never get just one opinion on diagnosis or treatment, also don't EVER let a doctor tell you approximately how long that person has to live(everyone's physical and mental strengths-will to live- are different), its very important to stay positive.  I'm not a religious person, although I grew up as one, but I wish your Dad a  quick recovery. Your job is to keep his spirits up, even if its tearing you up inside.  He  will overcome this.

I am going to postpone all my football prayers on BOTH my collegate and pro parlay picks this weekend, so that your Father can recieve all (okay, most) of my prayers.
 
Cancer sucks, but new developments and treatments are occuring all the time. I know it is impossible to stay positive, but you must. Your Father is going to put up a hell of a fight, you cannot act like he's already lost.
 
Don't give up. Don't EVER give up.

Talked to Dad today like every day. Apparently he may need a liver transplant. Kemo doesn't work all the time with this type. Man he never drank in his life. They don't know why yet. But to see my Dad not indestructible as I view him just kills me. I cant fucking believe this. I or my brother may be able to give him a piece of out liver to help him. Of course he said no fucking way but he cant stop me. He is seeing a liver speacialist next Thursday. He never hurt anyone. Helped everyone and adopted me and my brother. You would never know it but he has a heart of gold. Never once said "I love you" But he shows it more than anyone I have ever had in my life.. He is one tough SOB and I know he can beat this stupid shit......he has too.'
