The link shows a video in which John Stossel hosts a show covering the over zealous cops all over the country. And of course some of these cops are simply following orders, while some are just over zealous power freaks.
The video shows these little girls with a lemonade stand in their front yard, and the cops told them they had to close shop. Because afterall, they didn't have a vendor's license handy, and who knows what they're putting in that lemonade.
Isn't there a point when it's best to ignore the laws, and to let these kids sell lemonade for a quarter a cup in their front yard?
I mean... how does that song go? Land of the free, home of the brave, or something like that?
kids that think they can sell lemonade. Throw them all in jail!
