Let's agree, Mikniks and System, to not ever call anyone the dumbest person we have ever encountered on this site. We thought smoothd was dumb? Boy were we wrong. Compared to this dude, smoothd is einstein.

I'm waiting kittykatty, give me some ideas on how it all started, prove how smart you are. You don't have to be right, just give a few different ideas. One of you has to have some balls and do it

1. Multiverse theory (look it up for details, it has not yet been proven, but within the next decade or so scientists will likely prove or disprove it one way or the other)
2. The universe (or whatever it was that sparked the big bang) simply always existed - because after all, SOMETHING had to always exist
3. The expansion-contraction theory (although this has pretty much been debunked at this point since we know the universe's expansion is accelerating)
Those are the 3 main ones that are serious.
Then there's the flying spaghetti monster, the matrix theory, the harry potter theory, and the god theory.

I tried to boil this down but to be honest the research is so extensive and mind-bogglingly dense that to try to summarize everything contained in there would be unfair to the subject. So, I guess we should just shrug and say "God did it" and then lied about the Creation story to help us sleep at night

My other guess is that Adam fucked Eve SO HARD that the universe "exploded" into existence from Adam's giant God-made penis and thus why it is called "The Big Bang..." this is my theory and nobody can disprove it and I believe so it is therefore true because I said it is

Sorry I'm not an expert on planet formation, but the shortened version is the gravity of the sun pulls a bunch of shit into orbit and over a very long period of time, gravity helps form the planets. This is one thing of the things we know for certain, how planets form.

I'm not trying to be a prick. There are holes in every single theory you put out there.
At some point, it all goes back to nothing.
Big bang theory, two rocks collided, what created the rocks?
Multiverse theory? What created the different Universes?
At some point it all goes back to nothing. You can't just say Universes always existed? What created the first Universe?
It all goes back to nothing. So either believe a greater being or God created something from nothing or you believe that something magically appeared. So it's actually atheists that believe in magic.

The
universe didn't need God to begin; it was quite capable of launching its
existence on its own, thank you very much, says reknowned physicist
Stephen Hawking. The universe began with the Big Bang, which simply
followed the inevitable law of physics, the scientist writes. “Because
there is a law such as gravity, the universe can and will create itself
from nothing. Spontaneous creation is the reason there is something
rather than nothing, why the universe exists, why we exist," Hawking
explains in an excerpt from his new book, The Grand Design.

I don't think you even know what question you are asking. First you ask where life comes from and say you meant the planets, and then you don't care what we tell you about the planets and ask about the universe. Are you a bit confused?

At some point, no matter where you start, you have a beginning. Absolute nothing. So either believe something with a greater knowledge and understanding than us was a creator or you believe that something magically appeared. God makes more sense to me. Just my opinion.

But you realize that at some point, something had to always exist because otherwise there would be nothing. Why is it so outrageous that the universe or the initial spark of the big bang "always existed" but claiming a magical being that created everything out of nothing "always existed" is acceptable?
I'd rather believe in one level of infinite existence than 2.

So there was absolute nothing? Where did god come from? He just went "poof" and there he was??

Formerly, when religion was strong and science weak, men mistook
magic for medicine; now, when science is strong and religion
weak, men mistake medicine for magic.

I hear what you are saying but something could not just always exist? At some point, there had to be nothing. If there was a spark, what created the spark?
