become a vulture capitalists, invest it in a country that is poor and in the middle of a war, turn around and sue them here in the states and since they're poor and in the middle of a war they wouldn't be able to afford representation so in court if they can't provide legal council I win a nice big settlement

I honestly think WSC is a much better person to ask this question to than me.  The reason I commented on the restaurant industry is because I had a cousin who went into the business and invested a lot of money into a nice Italian Restaurant in Stamford CT.  After about a year and a half it was barely breaking even, and they sold it off to another owner.

I know a couple guys who own successful restaurants and their first 15-20 years they were in there all day everyday.  Once they are established it can be a beautiful lucrative thing... but 50% or more crash and burn hard.

Open a crematorium in Louisiana north of New Orleans about 50-6- miles.  You could enjoy the pleasures of New Orleans without actually living in the city.  Crematoriums are real money makers, there will always be people dying.  You could undercut the funeral homes by $500 and still get rich.  They are asking $1800 up now in the funeral homes.  If you cut far enough you could get some of the funeral home business.  Upwards of $20,000 a month, easily.  As a retired nurse I have no fear of a dead body, this would be a good business.  I would also set up in South Mississippi, that would be OK, too.

i read some crazy stat like only 3 in 10 businesses that start are still around in 2 years. your best bets are a Subway or Growing/Selling medical marijuana. Good Luck!

Unless you are or are planning to hire a super talented or well known Executive or Head Chef the business will fail.....

If you want to be in food I would suggest purchasing a well known franchise that already has a name for itself....

I would look into businesses that are cheap to get in and low in overhead....Consulting firms are great...Anything to do with oil or the environment are also good...

The hottest tickets right now is in Medical & Oil....it is absolutely booming...The Medical Industry is booming for agencies to supply them with qualified and already trained personnel....

 

 

Actually car washes used to make tons of money, but with the mobil units now not so much...we used to have a company in our program based out of Colorado that did something like this and they were very profitable for years until they were sued.....

A guy lost his life while driving by staring at the women and crashed his car into a gas station causing the pump to blow up and his car.....quite sad really....but titties will do that to ya....

One thing I'd love is to have my own micro brewery bar or even a micro distillery.Would be tough to make money and you'd have to put a lot of money into marketing and sales promotions and such but how cool would it be to have your very own beer or whiskey,vodka etc.
