How would you go about asking a girl who is a teller at a bank out?

From my experience at my local bank, the tellers are each young and attractive. Even the married ones flirt and provide small talk. So that is all you have to do with this teller you have your eye on. During the process of her doing what you need done, talk to her about a funny story or something that happened to you during your day. You know that she hasn't heard/seen much sitting in the bank all day. Make the girl laugh and if there is no line behind you, just ask her what she is doing when she gets off. Ask her if she is interested in meeting for coffee or a drink. If she says she is busy then ask to trade numbers and meet another night.
This is solid advice. It is nothing out of the ordinary, too embarrassing, or would put you out of your element. This also shows her your funny side and personality. You will know right away on how she laughs from your story or whether she continues with your small talk if she is interested.

exactly what gut check is what u need to and is the only thing u do...make it like u dont give a fuck and ask her with confidence and look her in the eyes...i would go with asking her to lunch

You need to complile info (without to much crazy stalking) and talk to her a little at the bank...When the moment is right you run into her somewhere (not the god damn bank!) and pull the trigger.

I don't like the note... you end up standing there with your hands in your pockets like a stooge and it leaves her in just as awkward of a position.  Just talk naturally and ask her out.

I am a business owner, and i needed a check cashed, but didn't have time to go to the bank myself, so I sent an employee of mine to do it for me. Before he left I wrote a note for him to give to the teller, explaining the situation, and reason why I couldnt come myself. Needless to say, a guy walking up to a bank teller, and handing her a note isn't a good idea. The bank manager called me, telling me to never ever do that again, because it panicked her teller, and could have caused alot of problems.

I don't need to read other responses to give you my advice...  If you are too much of a box to ask her out in front of other people, then don't waste your time.  You need to be spending the next few months or years fixing whatever makes you embarrassed to ask a girl out in front of others, not dating someone.  You simply are not a man yet.
