havnt jumped on this site in over a month. i saw this thread and felt the proto doin his thing. havnt checked your old thread proto but will smell it out.

i had a proto moment for a lil while but got past it. proto, its time for you to kick the dirt off of your shoulder. it took me some time but i did it, now its your turn. we have all been there. you and i are different but also share in the same woulda coulda shoulda bs. its all still there and obtainable. its just the doing it that is the problem.

bisquit, comedy. and dont do aa...visit the sober valley lodge.

no need to jog proto. just walk with a quick pace. anywhere from 15-20 min is a mile. see what an hr walk does for ya each day. youre in your mid 30's like me, why risk a needless injury.

good to be smellin the dirt again proto...

I was not crossing him but more encouragement to quit being a box and be the shot caller he has become.
