OK, if I need to simplify my analysis on what a gun would or wouldn't do for you....I hope you remember the story of the family in Conn, I cannot remember the city, but the same city the ESPN morning show stats dude lived in Bob Picosi, wealthy suburb in Conn...The Family had got peeped out by 2 thugs who just got outta jail and they saw the mom and her 2 "cute" girls leaving a supermarket. They staked out the house and eventually broke in late at night. Both of them wearing masks they told them to get all the money they had, well not much was in the house so in the AM the Mother said it was in the bank...She was later shown at a bank-teller's window pleading around 8am explaining she had no ID but she needed to withdraw 10 grand...She said they have my family and they will let us go as long as you give me the cash. The woman was truly believable since of course she had the cash in account and had the info....Well the story only gets worse as even tho the husband escaped, his 2 little girls and wife were burned or smoke inhalated b4 the police could rescue them...Shit happened which is almost unspeakable, fuckin rape of 12 yr olds and burning of living people, but regardless a gun wouldn't have protected a damn thing....People are crazy and nuts in this world so yes shit happens, but to think guns can answer the problems is truly laughable Like I said if you had a gun held to your daughter/wife head and you had a gun in your hand, what the fuck will the gun do for you???? Yes it may kill them, but at what cost, but if you didn't pull the gun maybe doing what they say could save everyone. Not like the situation offers a winning proposition for everyone, but the likely outcome surely favors your families lives continuing a lot more strongly when you don't pull that weapon...

Actually if an adult in the house had proper training and an easily accessible firearm they could have been stopped. Like I said if you had a gun held to your daughter/wife head and you had a gun in your hand, what the fuck will the gun do for you????
