Did i really read this thread and nobody mentioned anything south american, besides one person said Mexican

from puerto rico down to chili and in between is some of the worlds best food

i think greek food sucks for the most part

Peruvian was mentioned several times along with Columbian. South American food

No really, it's amazing. Lot like Indian food but with different use of spices. You'll shit acidic water for 24 hours in a mom an pop kitchen but it's worth it.
