Crystal Light sugar free powdered drinks

I love this stuff. Rarely drink cokes or any other gross sodas anymore.

Crystal Lt's ice tea  and lemonade are favs.....

Can't recall my last beer, probably why I brought it up.  

That stuff really is great though, ice tea especially.

Got some of their green tea "peach mango" flavored.  Pretty damn good.

I was looking for something that was sugar free and this was what I came up with too.  Try the ones with green tea.  Its a really good alternative.

1 out of 4 people get cancer. I doubt 1 out of 4 people drink crystal light. At some point just about everything has been linked to cancer. Its been around waaaay before artificial sweetner. To do proper trials you need at least 50 years research, probably closer to 100. How long have artificial sweetners been around? Pretty sure people got cnacer before diet coke. It couldnt be from being obese or all the other toxins in the air in this day and age.....nope, its the splenda.

Major error here.  Splenda is sucralose.  The ingredient of Crystal Light is NOT splenda.  It is aspartame.  Big difference. BIG difference

Sucralose and aspartame are 2 distinctly different sweeteners.  That is not an arguement.  That is a fact.

I am not saying aspartame is good...far from it.  It is worse than sucralose.  To say "Splenda" is generic for all artificial sweeteners is flat out bullcrap.  Splenda IS sucralose and saccharin based.  NOT aspartame.  Do your homework then come back and lecture me about arguing.  You are trying to twist this into my saying something that was not even said.  You are wrong Pal..Splenda is not generic..

Google the difference and argue with the medical test results.  Or take the time to read the links.  I'm sure they're all wrong too...at least you'll find some reason to release your expertise on the subject.  Just blame it again on the overall "generics" of the subject
