Who to go with - MArshall or keep Galarraga?

Basically as my last spot on my pitching staff, right now I have Armando Galaragga (Det), but Sean Marshall (Cubs) is available. 

Who's better here, I think Galarraga might be a little bit of a downswing from last year, while Marshall has some upside and on a very good team.

well, someone in my league dropped Pablo Sandoval and I picked him up and dropped Galarraga...
