powerade started off the night with his ERA in the mid-low 2's and a WHIP in the 1.20s. He now sits at 5.35 ERA and 1.49 WHIP.

WTF happened to one day waivers...

Happ was dropped yesterday and comes of waivers the next day, wouldn't that be zero day waivers?

I was going to pick him up and would have got him, thats bullshit

 

He was dropped at 2:50am on the 30th. But...the "next day" starts at 3:00am (Midnight pst). So...when philly dropped him, he might as well dropped him on the 29th because it was all in the same day.

I'll be taking a big risk today. I got Scherzer, Zito AND Hammel going today.

Sleeping at the wheel. You had a whole day to put a claim on him. 24 hours. I have been paying to much attention to the first weekend of college football this past week and not my fantasy matchup. Did not even realize i was going up against 2169 and all he has is starters. Missed opprotunity on my part to pick up saves, era and whip with no question.

Ya you get credit for return TD's. Someone like Harvin could catch a TD and return a TD and you would get 12 points. No yardage is calculated in. If you defense runs a pick 6 back then that is also worth 6 points. Defensive players also can score TDs by returning kicks, fumbles or INT's. If your QB throws a pick and then makes a tackle your QB is awared an bonus point. This goes for all offensive players making a tackle after a turnover. Next to their point total for the week there will be a blue star next to it indicating they made a tackle or forced a fumble after a turnover.

And he just picked him up too. WOW. I hate not having any moves left. I'm just happy I got Happ while I had the chance. Not like he's gonna get many wins though.

I wanted Wuertz for saves while Bailey is on the DL but he's not going to have too many shots. He was on the trading block so I couldn't have picked him up as my final pickup without finding out if he was traded to a team with a closer or not.

This is harsh. Pedro Alvarez and Bumgarner's multiple pickups were awful. And then Valencia was a waste of time.

 

But Cargo is a STUD.

Keep me up to date if there is anything else you would like to do like that. You have no choice but to go this route now. You just have to keep in mind that if i were going to do something like this it would have to be better than Figgins. He is the only one on my whole team that i would drop. Well and Scott but he looks like he is getting dropped tonight. About to do a mock football draft. If you want to get in one together let me know

But it doesn't matter too much because I really like my team and Ludwick is my only true dropping material. Him and Rauch.

I'd like to look into another SP to take over for Rauch but it's not likely that anyone will waste their time with Rauch.

My interests were Edwin Jackson, Michael Wuertz and Jake Westbrook. They're gone.

I liked Josh Tomlin but he's gone. I liked Matt Thornton but he was picked up. Couldn't waste my last pickup on him. I wanted to take a shot at Dom Brown but couldn't waste the move.

The only 2 guys I'm truely interested in now are Joe Saunders and Daniel Hudson.

Weeks is untouchable. I don't NEED those guys...I'd just like them.

whats so funny, i asked a simple question and yes i did look at the league and was wondering about kick/punt stats cause i didnt see anything about them UNLESS I MISSED IT I SAID, i figured we would get the TD'S counted but i was wondering about the yards.

Why would it be the worst stat ever to have when some kick returners get decent yardage per game and at a point for every 10 yards that would be an extra 5-10 pts maybe more at the end of the week....... sorry im not a Fantasy Guru like you buddy, maybe someday i'll know it all but for now i'll just keep asking the questions i need to ask..  O,and if your LOL at something maybe it should be at your teams performance this week vs sparky's...an 8-1 drubbing so far by the last place team..  it might be 9-1 if he steals a few bags today,...           

its my 1st year doing any fantasy so thats why i ask questions cause im unsure and dont wanna assume something when drafting my Championship Team... 

  

lol i don't mean nothing bad by it....just saying, its in the settings and when you look at your team or the players you can see it as a stat
