So it's Winner of Comp gets #1...the rest is by standings? I'm super pissed that I got nothing to play for if I miss the playoffs. I'll still be in awe if I miss the damn playoffs with everyone having a fire sale and moving up.

I'm still amazing that Jamoaks hasn't declined my offers. SHOCKED. I mean...it gets under my skin. Jesron stopped everything...I get that. But how could you possibly change your roster and not touch the trades pending to you?

Tex hits a homer from both sides of the plate in the same game for the 12th time in his career. That's the most all-time.

Every time I see an add/drop during games I check to see what they just did to warrant a drop. Like Derrek Lee for example. Just did the same with Crisp. Nothing tonight but he's been a reliable option.

Heyward is also on the block if anyone is interested. He can get a franchise tag if anyone thinks he'll live up to the hype next season.

what exactly does this mean?  winner of the consolation tourney gets #1 then it goes by standings correct ?   how can u know where u or anyone's gonna pick with 7 weeks to go ?  im confused

SPARKY: the Derrek Lee Add ws a combination of him playing good and Helton playing bad and i thought him in a new atmosphere would do him good.. wasnt a spur of the moment move just cause he homered twice

I thought the picks in next years draft goes all from the consolation bracket, not the winner of it then standings.

Well...STUBS will have the worst record in the league (without question). So, unless he wins the tourney...he'll get the 2nd pick. And odds are he won't win the tourney (but of course who knows). What he's saying is that the pick he has with STUBS is the only pick that the person KNOWS will be either #1 or #2 in the upcoming draft. He's like 20 games behind the guy in front of him.

Regarding Lee...well even so, it fit that philosophy...whether it was intentional or not.

It's why I picked up Kipnis. Solid prospect...will get playing time every day...and hit homers in his last 3 games

He's 3rd in the league. I can't see him just quitting. Just like iSteal...something must have happened.
