  you know i had to break your balls a lil' bit for not being around...    thats my newest son kyle, he's 7 months old and yes he's wearing a phillies hat.  only phillies and eagles stuff is aloud in this household...

I don't get the Cardinals. Boggs was clearly the top guy for the job, and after 1 blown save, he losses it for good. Same with whoever was next on the list. Now Sanchez gets the first chance every time and then was taken out for Salas with 2 outs in his last chance and now he gets the call again and gets it. Closer by Committee sucks.

Yep that is LaRussa for you though... unless the guy's name is Eck then he always favored a bullpen by committe

My bad... I thought you were serious.  Keep in mind I have him in nearly everyone one of my fantasy leagues and I was high on him as a deep sleeper.

I would if there wasn't one up already. I will in a few days if he keeps shitting the bed. But we already had a back and fourth. He tried telling me that his .320 OBP last year was really good seeing that he only hit .198.

Last time I checked...having an OBP of .320 is NOT good no matter what your average is. You can beat around the bush anyway you like...but if you're batting around the mendoza line...you have a LOT to work on.

I think he was everyone's sleeper getting the chance to play in Baltimore. But a sleeper to the point where he could possibly hammer out 40+ homers and 110+ RBIs. Not that he would hit for average. Right now...it's just getting embarrassing.
