My thoughts exactly... Medium play, but I'm going with SMU.
Leaning towards the under too... Last time these two teams played was a push @ 53 (2009). I think it's closer than people think and these defenses show up early on both sides. They'll score late and often, but I don't think there will be enough time to get over the mark.
Good luck to all!!

--TCU has won 17 of its last 18 games and 29 of its last 32. In nine of its last 10 wins, TCU has won by 27 points or more. The Horned Frogs have won 17 consecutive regular-season wins.
--TCU has a 7-3 spread record in its last 10 road ‘chalk’ situations.
--SMU went 2-0 ATS as a home underdog in 2009. The Mustangs beat East Carolina 28-21 as 6 ½-point ‘dogs, and dropped a 38-35 decision to Navy in overtime as seven-point puppies.
--SMU has taken the money in each of its last three games as a double-digit underdog. In fact, the Mustangs have won outright in two of those contests, including a 45-10 win over Nevada as 12-point ‘dogs at last year’s Hawaii Bowl. Also, Jones’ team thumped Tulsa 27-13 as a 14 ½-point road ‘dog last season.
--TCU senior strong safety Tyler Luttrell is ‘doubtful’ Friday with a hamstring injury. Luttrell had 35 tackles and an interception in ’09.

SMU certainly didnt impress me against Washington St. at home last weekend. However, TCU is the real deal. Normally, I don't lay a number like -18, but I just don't think they have an answer for Dalton and Crew.
Final ends up somewhere around 20. I'm no prognosticator, and probably won't play this game unless it's for a small sum. Nevertheless, I feel like TCU is undervalued here at -18.
Get a hunch...bet a bunch.

TCU - 45 SMU - 17
Horned Frogs -17.5 over 55
I'll take last night's winnings and lose it all on the Frogs tonight. Elite Mountain West team takes care of buisness in the Lonestar state. Round up the cattle early tonight, it's Friday night lights in Big D.

Keep taking home dogs, that only applies when teams have equal talent with a low single diget spread. I put the house on Miami last night because the talent and spead difference is night and Day between the U and Pitt. -17.5 is a decent spread but TCU is in another class and I dont see an average at best SMU team keeping up...Come get some
