I will take the over and Oregon tonight. But I think the game will be decided in the last 5-6 minutes.

I believe this game is going OVER easily. There are two important mismatches here, and all the extraneous information about urinary conspiracies, long lost coaches and whatnot, although important when considering the situational aspect of the game, is cluttering up the view here.
Oregon State will have to exploit Boise State's pass defense. They have no other choice but to do so, because Boise State owns the ground game here. Oregon State will put up points, and do so quickly... Boise State will try to control the ball and the clock with a more balanced attack, and will most likely be playing "catch-up" most of the time.
Eventually, there will be miscues and mistakes, and the game will evolve into a bizarre tennis match (someone mentioned a "scorefest"), with both teams going back and forth, trading scores. There is no defense to speak of here.
You could actually put both defenses together on the field and you still couldn't come up with a decent secondary!
The obvious play is the OVER.
Whichever team wins does so by a touchdown or less, so I am hitting the OVER on one play (buying it down to the original line of 64), and a Boise State +10/OVER 58.5 teaser...

If Boise can run the ball and eat 6 minutes per possession the game goes way under. If Boise must throw the game will see turnovers and go over. Oregon State will be able to pass some. This is a real tuff game to figure.....no play....
Recommendation try live betting or half time to get a better flavor of what is needed, how is going, and what each team needs at half to win the second half and the game!!

But December 24th is all about betting on the Hawaii Bowl
So yes everyone else has memories of exchanging gifts or whatever, but our memories of a near empty stadiums each year, Colt Brennan's 559 yard performance or the Brawl between Houston and Hawaii are what the holidays are all about
Let's all thank the organizers of this bowl game, for giving us all an excuse to avoid our In-Laws
