when looking at a game, i try and think about where I would put the line at.. I think anything under 25 would be a fishy line in that game.. so as long as the line doesn't go over that, then i'll still be on it..

Pitt has high expectations this year, as they are a favorite to win the Big East, with Brian Kelly leaving Cincy, as well as Tony Pike.. They have a tough game and a good running back, but breaking in a new QB on the road in a tough place to play is not a good thing.. Utah also has a good defense, and likes to run the ball as well.. This seems like a match up of two similar teams.. I think that Utah's homefield advantage and a new QB for Pitt will be just enough for Utah to win..

Minnesota +1.5 @ Mid Tennessee State:
I was originally leaning toward Mid Tennessee State, but then the Dwight Dasher situation happened.. He was the key to their offense, and without him, they become a one way team.. He was a threat to run and pass, instead, the defense can play more traditionally.. I've see this line swing big because of the Dwight Dasher situation, with most people having Minnesota giving, so luckily, I was able to get it with Minnesota still getting points..

USC @ Hawaii +21:
I feel this is way to much to give to Hawaii on the road.. With new members in the USC secondary, a good group of WRs and a QB with some starting experience and 2nd year in the Run-N-Shoot, I think UH will cover the spread.. USC lost alot of playmakers on offense, with Joe McKnight and several receivers leaving, so this will be a jelling time for the USC offense as well.. UH has a tough homefield advantage as well..
