it was last year. And yes, Myer was at the top of his game then. I dont know how old you are but Synder is and was one of the greatest coaches IMO of all time. What he did at Kansas S.T was simply amazing. So yes, If were going to gather what I think " the greatest college minds of today "...he's on the list trust me.

With someone elses players ! Then the year before last he bombed... Last year was a fluke and won some games by garbage plays, Gods were with him, etc. This year he will show his true colors.
One big mistake after another. Why ? Because last year they won and his guard will go down after the luck he had last year. Even with the experience this team has, they will be athletic, win some low scoring games because of defense. But in the end, his lack of discipline, mistakes with the clock, time out, penalties, bad play calling, and things like his guys not knowing what to do in certain situations, blocked punts, field goals, ball in endzone on kick offs, etc. The basic you are suppose to make sure your guys know, He wont even cover it in practice. Game time mistakes will be an every game occurance and he will bnlame the players !
I too am from Elyria and know this guy. Great coach at a certain level. And if he has learned over the past 3 years about the mistakes that are right under his nose, and he fixes them, he can be a great coach... Player love him.... But if he loses with those same ole stupid mistake, see ya.... THis will be his last and off to Michigan ! Ohio State won't even cosider him!
Al Golden will make this list in a couple years... it will take the years to weed out the bu,ms left over. They are already crying down here how tough he is and runs it like the Marines. These local Miami boys that came here 1,2,and 3 years ago are crying the blues.... Randy never made us work this hard. OMG ! I am lovin it !!!!! Weed um out, can u say transfer ? Shannon got the best recruits from South Florida and taught them absolutely nothing and treated them like little babies.

Shannon was another "GOOD GUY" players love him because they have to do nothin but play, play the game, and have fun.
