I'm a Michigan fan.. so I'd like more production offensively for sure.. but just saying it's not ideal conditions for a QB first start.. Indiana played OSU tough as well

ohio isn't that great either but one of them will win next week's game and have a shot at getting in the playoffs. Wisky will take either one that wins down in the title game.

Penn state will be in the championship game. Also, if you watched Michigan last week, you'd know that Indiana was the play (lots of game left). How they didnt drop out of the top four after losing against an Iowa team who doesn't have a pulse, is beyond me.

Yeah they will, they are beating Bama in the title game... It is all scripted to make the bettors bet on OSU next week and then whoever they play in the playoff and then in the title game, everyone will bet on Bama and lose... I didnt include the Big10 title game cuz Michigan will prolly be the favorites in that

Wisc doesn't have a shot over mich or osu...mich beat them head to head so objectively speaking idc what either team has done after that but mich trumps wisc cuz they beat them period end of story! Last 2 weeks mich has looked like doo doo but there is now way they can be left out regardless of the osu game result unless Washington wins the apple cup. Wisc is not even to be mentioned

Wisconsin will absolutely be mentioned IF they win out. The conference championship will weigh heavily on the committee and unless it's Penn St (who already beat OSU) they will have avenged one of those losses. Wisconsin did lose straight up to both Michigan and OSU, but those losses look really good when compared to a loss against PSU and Iowa.

Should add if not for a holding call on the final drive Bucky would have been in field goal range before the end of regulation against OSU. They ultimately lost, but to say they don't have a shot is an overstatement that has already been debunked by the games between the two schools

Because Wash Clemson and Tex a&m all lost not to mention Louisville the other night. Mich has beaten 3 top 10 teams who else has done that? When mich most likely loses to osu they should still be in by default not cuz they earned it (loss to Iowa) but because all the other top ten teams didn't take it from them. They all lost crap games and don't have the power wins like mich does. Psu and wisc out of equation cuz mich beat both of them. Bama Clem (if they win out) wash (if they win out) OSU if they beat mich should b in. And that's still debatable cuz wash didn't beat 3 top 10 teams. But Louisville wisc and psu(even if they win big 10 champ) should b excluded period

No their not! Bama OSU(assuming they beat mich) Clemson(assuming they win out) and Wash(assuming they win out including the apple cup) are the 4 in. But if any one of them lose and mich loses to OSU mich still gets in. Mich has 3 wins against top ten teams. Iowa loss was bad but beside bama every top team has a bad loss. And none of them have the number of top ten wins as mich. besides bama a lot of teams have an argument but wisc and psu don't cuz mich beat both of them. They should both be out of the argument period!

Mich is better than wisc w same amount of losses assuming mich lose to osu. So no they can not jump mich! Period they lost to them and when nut cuttin time comes that's what matters most! Your off your rocker if u think w the same amount of losses and a loss heads up gets them in. And let's throw in the $$$...when the NCAA picks u really think they would take wisc over the big name of mich??? Especially when mich beat them. Won't happen

Wisconsin beat three top ten teams. LSU, Mich St and Nebraska and their two losses are against two teams in the top 4.

Doesn't matter what it looks like they lost heads up!! It's not even up for debate beyond that fact!

Wisconsin hasn't beaten one team with a pulse. Who is there signature win? A four loss LSU team. They need to beat somebody half decent, they've played two above average teams in Michigan and Ohio State and lost both

I'm not predicting Wisconsin gets in but my response was to your point their not in the discussion. They will have played a quality schedule and have "quality" losses if there is such a thing. Alvarez sits on the committee and although excluded from the direct discussion pertaining to UW he will no doubt be a proponent. We still have some football to play, but the point I was making, which was clearly missed, is that if the conference championship doesn't weigh heavily into the consideration of playoff teams then what is the point of playing it?
Think about the NFL from which parallels could be drawn regarding the playoff; if a team sweeps a divisional opponent in the regular season but loses the division should they still make the playoffs?

Doesn't work that way......LSU & Mich St. aren't even in the top 25 anymore......Nebraska is like 20th.
It actually works exactly that way. Following your thought process you would beat three top ten teams that would remain in the top ten throughout the duration of a season? So the loss the incurred would not have an effect on their ranking? What...?
A team is credited with beating a team ranked based on the given week in which they play not based upon seasons end.

It doesn't work this way. So if you beat a team in week 1 that is ranked and that particular team goes winless the entire season, THAT is a quality win?Come on man
