I'm torn on this one, bad spot for Sparty as it will be hard for them to get up emotionally 110% after the Michigan game, but as dominant as Wiscy has looked this will be there first Big Ten road test test this season. I love MSU's defense and Baker and Bell in the back field but I do agree that Cousins is the key. Will he have enough time and accuracy to hit Cunningham and Martin when they do get open? If Wiscy finds a way to take Cunningham out of the game then the Spartans are in trouble.
Bottom line: I think if Mich st can avoid the early knock out punch by Wisconsin then they have a shot to stick around all game. They need to have long sustained drives by pounding the rock and taking an occasional shot or two with the play action passing game. If they are close at half time they will gain confidence as the game goes on and crowd will be in it from start to finish. However, Wilson is an absolute stud and is obviously playing at an unbelievable level. If the Badgers come out early and march right down the field to grab an early lead it could be a long day Dantonio and co. When this Badger offense gets on a roll they are basically unstoppable and they wear opposing defenses down with there physical o-line and running game. I'm probably sitting this one out depending on what happens with the number, but good luck to you guys that are playing it.
