Gentlemen do you see how vulnerable Penn State is towards a Classic Action suit from the victims and their families. PSU will be called in as a co-defendant with Sandusky because he was STILL a known abassador of the University and brought his victims to PSU facilities to conduct his sinister acts. I see no less then $100 million on this in damages. There should be NO lawyer that cannot argue PSU as a co-defendant to a judge in that state. The ramifications of this will be great for Penn State. The end-game is yet to begin for them

I’m sure those 5 and 4 star recruits will be lining up to shower in the same showers where one of the biggest names in the history of Penn State football sodomized little boys and forced them to perform oral sex on him.

Not sure why people think Joe P should have called the Police when he witnessed Nothing.... He reported what he was told to his superior... I think he should finish the Season. He did NOT commit Any crimes.

Put them all in jail, and Joe Paterno and McQueary can say they did what they were responsible for doing.....well that might work for them if they were 9 or 10 years old.......fact is they are grown men that should have done more, and they know that too !

Some of the victims that have come forward were sexually abused AFTER Paterno was told of the shower incident.

Those are children and families that could have been spared going through hell if Paterno had acted like a god damn human being and done something more than simply cover his own ass by doing the absolute minimum required by law.

But hey, as long as Paterno didn’t do anything LEGALLY wrong that’s all that matters, right?

Only a moronic statement.  You mean to tell me your loyalty to that program is so blinded you are comparing the raping of a 10 year old child with betting or a coworker stealing, you are so seriously blinded I wouldn't even know where to begin.  I know its your school and your a fan, but come on, you can't really tell us that you believe what you are saying.  If you do, you are one sick individual.

Why would meyer come to that mess when he will have his choice of programs?  The mess in state college will drag on for years, attorneys will have this so drawn out it will take 2-3 years to clear.

Everyone is saying Paterno commited no crime.....Well folks....being complicit in a COVER-UP of sex crimes being commited by a Penn State deviat pedophile with knowledge of his activities for years while merely telling him to refrain from bringing young boys on campus is potentially punishable by decades in prison.

Based on what evidence has been published thusfar.....how could there not have been a cover up and criminal obstruction of justice? Former Penn State All-American Mike Haynes was interviewed on ESPN last hour saying that his mother who worked at the university has been telling him about this scandal for years but that he never believed her because it was never in the news....There was a conspiracy to cover up this crime by University executives, Paterno, some coaches and who knows who else. I believe there will be many criminal charges filed against many more than just Sandusky.

JoePa in handcuffs........don't think it can't happen.

I don't understand why the Penn St. president, Spanier, is not in jail right now.  The whole "chain-of-command" thing/excuse apparently ended with this dumbass, loser, scumbag, fuck, and although all of the rest of them passed the buck and thus,  relieved of their further duties to society, he is still ( isn't he?)  criminally liable for NOT INFORMING THE POLICE of what he learned about this situation.

    Am I missing something here?
