Agreed, the President has to be removed asap, and Sandusky should be the focus, but that doesn't relieve the others, especially Joe of his moral obligations. If it was you has the coach, would you not of put an end to it immediately, no matter what the consequences? He didn't, and Sanduscky continued to rape little boys, the latest one was the worst and it happened after 2002.
I don't care where anyone went to school or who they are a fan of, there is no way you can defend that.

Points are being made for all sides, but its pretty clear that the university, its top executes, including JoePa, were well aware of this long before 2002. This has been covered up for over 15 years. Bottom line is that its really sad that our society has come to this point. Where all that is important is money and protecting a brand. These cover ups happen in all aspects of business. Wealthy men do whatever it takes to protect their power and wealth. Its really sad. God bless these kids and there families. Who really knows how far the cover up goes. Police, mayors, city officals, governors, state officals all made money off the university. If this goes down the right way there will be hundreds of powerfully people exposed. And what about that foundation. Just really heart breaking and hopefully this will be big enough a story to change things but i highly doubt it.

I am confused as to where i said Joe couldnt have done more???. I said he did do something since some are acting like he sat there and watched these rapes go down while sitting in his rocker. I say let the man speak and he has a little today and already I am impressed by what he has said. But let him tell his side and man up. If he doesnt, then i think we know. Thats all i have wanted.

it was a supremely selfish act that will forever tarnish his legacy, its a god damn shame, this is the reality to anybody not emotionally attached to the man or the university, you can type paragraph after paragraph avoiding the reality of the situation, but in the end this is the god damn truth, no matter how bad we wish it wasn't....
He cares more about coaching and losing the next 3 games than removing himself from the spotlight and helping the university, he has no instruction role, no game planning role, no scouting role on the team, he is nothing more than a symbol that once stood for integrity and honesty and that symbolism is now gone forever...
The man needs to ride off into the sunset and stop being the selfish old man that he is..."I should of done more" his own words, but still too selfish to do the right thing for the university and its victims and step down....
