Help me understand Ohio St line

Capping this game and I have this line at -13.5.  I don't get how the line is only 9.  Also I have the ML at -600 at least Pinny has it -340 again way off. 

I don't get it.  Can't see any way Miami hangs here against the Buckeyes.  The ML is a no brainer even if you don't like those odds but -9 is also a gift.  Only way Miami covers 9 is a backdoor cover but I don't see that.  Buckeyes are gonna step on the gas from the get go and won't let up.

Ok, trust your Power Ratings Sir. Maybe , Miami hangs in early and wears down late. I really wish we knew the outcome and play by play.clover
