Record stands at 5-3 - Smiss did it for 3 quarters and blew it - Ohio came thru. Let's look at some numbers:

HAW 61 52 86 113

Cal opened at -2.5 then switched to Haw. -1 then went back to CAL -1 and currently is -1 for Hawaii (madduxsports.com) . Hawaii is better in TO vs 61 vs 96; TD at 52 vs 60; Cal is better in Sagari rank at 68 vs 86 and Sched strength at 61 vs 113. Data I collect indicates with an opening line of 2.5 for the ateam, often the home team takes it.

I wish the key factor is looking at sched strength and making a decision but it's not that easy - plus there have been numerous situations where the home team has had a significant weakness in sched strength with an opening line of 2.5 for the ateam and the home team took it - Ohio vs Iowa st and Pitt vs Wva both Ohio and Pitt were home teams and won straight up.

I'm taking Hawaii at Pk.
